Selecting Candidates for Key Operator Training.
Key Operators must have an aptitude for training others and have their own system expertise. Here some suggestions for selecting the ideal individuals for the role. You want to identify staff members who:

- Ideally, have experience with, or are familiar with, similar systems.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and are comfortable with training peers.
- Show enthusiasm and initiative for learning about new products.
- Will devote quality time to attending applications training, hands-on practice sessions and staff training.
- Benefit most from attending training directly from our applications personnel.
- Will be available to provide ongoing training and support for your staff.
In addition, be sure to determine the number of Key Operators you’ll need, based on your entire user population (consider all shifts, weekend coverage, etc.)
